Organizational structure
It has two teams namely the social affairs team and labour affairs team:
1. The services provided by the social affairs team
- Adoption service for children under-five, who lost their families and who have no extended family to take care of them;
- Sponsorship program for children under difficult circumstance;
- Guidance and counseling services for different population groups:

2. The services provided by the labour relation team
- Ensure the implementation of the provisions of proclamation No 377/2003 regulation a and directives issued accordance with the proclamations, other laws relating to labour relations, Registered collective agreement, and the decisions and orders given by the authorities responsible to determine labour disputes.
- Superwise, excutive, educate study, make research and prepare a standard of work to ensure the implementation of the provisions issued in accordance with this proclamation and other laws regarding working conditions, occupational diseases and schedules of degrees of disablement.
- Classify dangerous trades or undertakings
- Conduct studies, and compile statistical data relating to working conditions
- Prepare training programmers concerning the prevention of employment injuries.
- Supervise and ensure that where undertakings are constructed expanded, renovated or their appliances installed, they are not dangerous to the safety and health of works.
- Take administrative measures in order to implement proclamation No 377/2003, regulations, and directives issued in accordance with the proclamation.
- To seek in the carts or in the authorities responsible for determining labour disputes appropriate measures for the enforcement of the provisions of proclamation No 377/2003 and of such donations as may be required by its decision rendered in the course of its lawful activities.
- Establishment & follow up of safety committees
- Training of workers, on occupational safety and health, as well as intervention of HIV/AIDS at work place.
- undergoing need assessments for training
- Assist persons who are able and willing to work to obtain employment.
- Assist employer in the recruitment of suitable workers for their works.
- Co-operate with the concerned offices and organizations, in the preparation of training programmers.
- Register unemployed work force in the zone.
- Training about labour proclamation 377/2003 for workers and employers
- Conciliation for settling labour disputes.
- Registration and certifying collective agreements.
- Facilitating the formation of organizations.
